On Friday, May 3, 2013, over 600 guests sporting spring fashions and hats gathered under a grand marquee at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. The 13th annual Les Chapeaux Dans le Jardin (Hat Day) luncheon is one of Columbus’ premier social traditions and the Conservatory’s signature spring fundraising event. Proceeds from this year’s event are expected to net over $290,000 to benefit the Conservatory’s education programs. Fashion expert Tim Gunn, co-host of Project Runway, was the featured guest speaker.
