Hat Day

Friday, May 2, 11am
Les Chapeaux dans le Jardin, fondly known as Hat Day, is the Conservatory’s signature spring fundraising event. Over 600 guests gather under a grand marquee in the Conservatory’s beautiful gardens, sporting their favorite hats and enjoying lunch with friends.

This year’s luncheon features special guest Adrian Phillip Howard, an award-winning milliner and hat designer. Howard was apprentice to Philip Somerville, milliner to Her Majesty the Queen, and is now the in-house milliner for London's famous Fortnum and Mason.
The 14th annual Hat Day is co-chaired by Cherie Lucks, Cassie Lucks and Whitney Lucks. Proceeds benefit Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens'  K–12 educational outreach programs.
