ACGA Annual National Conference to be held in Columbus, in Summer, 2009
It may seem like a long time away‚ but Summer 2009 is just around the corner! Plan now to showcase your garden during ACGA's Annual Conference when it comes to Columbus in late summer 2009. The American Community Gardening Association (ACGA), is now located at Franklin Park Conservatory, and is a bi-national nonprofit membership organization of professionals, volunteers and supporters of community greening in urban and rural communities.
Here is your chance to showcase your community garden to gardeners from all over the world! Plan ahead for the extra costs, time, and labor needed to get your garden in tip-top shape‚ and if you need extra financial support from the community, members of ACGA may receive a letter of support that explains that need. Please email Amy DeShon, Executive Director, American Community Gardening Association at adeshon@communitygarden.org or call (877) 275-2242 for further information.
