Winter Camp December 20 - 23
Holidays around the World: Grades 1-6
Holidays celebrated around the world will be explored at this four-day camp and each day features stories, gift making and a cooking activity. Campers will design a glass ornament and then watch as it is created in the Conservatory Hot Shop (a $40 value). Advance registration is required by December 3.

Cancellation Procedure and Refunds

In order to cancel a session of camp for which you have registered, please notify us as soon as possible at 614.645.5923. We will need to know your child’s full name, the session you are canceling and your phone number.

In order to receive a refund for a cancelled session of camp we must receive a written request with the exact address where you would like the refund to be sent. Once the written request is received, your refund will be processed. Refund requests can take up to three months to process.

Cancellation prior to June 1, 2010: full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.
Cancellation on or after June 1, 2010 but more than 10 full business days before the start of your camp session: fifty percent refund.
Cancellations made 10 business days or less prior to start of camp: NO REFUND.
