Preventing Aches and Pains in the Garden [NW]
Learn to use body mechanics while performing yard work and gardening in order to prevent common associated aches and pains. Discussion includes relevant anatomy and relationships between movement and your body. Taught by OSU Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, Jacquelyn Ruen.

Glass Tile Mosaics
The Nature of Fall - Mosaic Interpretations
In this three-hour class, mosaic artist Beth Himsworth will guide students in making an 8X8” glass tile wall hanging or table trivet using a wide array of colors. Sample patterns will be available as well as staff artists to help students design their own motif. Materials are included.
