What happens on a self-guided Conservatory school tour?
Self-guided groups of 10 more receive a group discount rate by reserving their visit in advance. No materials are provided for self-guided groups, although teachers are encouraged to enhance their visit by using our online lesson plans and self-guided tour booklet.Tour the World of Plants

Tour the World of Plants is designed for the classroom or home-school teacher who wants to make a self-guided trip to the Conservatory an interactive educational experience. It includes:
- Information about the four main biomes and plants of special interest at the Conservatory
- Questions to spark student conversation
- Pre- and post-lesson ideas
- Activity sheets for grades K-5
