The Brides Garden of the Trueman Family

The Brides Garden complements the John F. Wolfe Palm House through its architecture and horticulture. It features lush foliage, blooming perennials and white redbud trees, a bubbling fountain, a romantic swing and embellishments symbolic of the “tying the knot” theme.

Its detailed stonework was designed as a complement to the Palm House masonry, accentuating its historic appeal. A popular venue for wedding ceremonies since its opening, it has been an instrumental component of the Conservatory’s special events rental business in the last decade.
