Aromatic Indian Cuisine

Awaken all your senses at this traditional Indian cooking class. Enjoy classic instrumental Indian music as we cook Indian food using some aromatic species. We’ll make butter chicken, lentils and curried potatoes accompanied with raita (yogurt with cucumbers). Prepare papdam (lentil chips, to give a crunch) and a special Indian bread, variety of Nans. Spices will be modified according to individual taste. Served with wine.
