Beginner Tai Chi

Learn the ancient Chinese art of deep stretching with a full range of motion and continuous turning of the spine.  The gentle movements are balanced throughout the body and have a calming effect on the mind. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Taught by volunteer instructors from the Taoist Tai Chi Society.
