Big Green Egg Grilling

This is a hands-on cooking and tasting class led by James Boudros, a founder of City BBQ. In this class, he’ll discuss and demonstrate all you need to know about grilling with the Big Green Egg: direct grilling, indirect roasting, smoke roasting and baking. There will be plenty to eat, including hanger steak, stuffed trout, spatchcocked Tuscan chicken, BBQ ribs and pizza.
