40 Years of ‘Chefs in the City’

Chefs in the City’ Steve Stover and Rich Terapak are celebrating 40 years of teaching cooking together!

To mark the occasion, they have created a special menu of some of their favorite dishes over the years. The menu is inspired by Julia Child’s French country dishes and consists of:

  • Salmon Rillettes

  • Warm Cherry Chutney with Gorgonzola Dolce and a Watercress Salad

  • Coq Au Vin

  • Potato and Fennel Gratin

  • Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cake

This is a demonstration-style cooking class. The instructors will show the audience how to prepare each dish and then provide a sample to taste.
