In this demonstration class from Chefs in the City, you’ll be able to watch and learn how to make comforting cream of mushroom soup, butter-basted steak with asparagus, Julia Child’s French potato salad, and a spectacular lemon tart with gingersnap crust. This dazzling menu has been thoughtfully assembled based on Steve and Rich’s many trips to France with their wives, Mary and Roberta.
