Chicken Jambalaya

Jambalaya is one of many iconic Cajun and Creole comfort foods. Chef Sunny has an exciting take on this classic. Her version is made with roasted spaghetti squash, tender chicken breasts and, for a lighter take, chicken sausage paired with bold Cajun seasonings.

She’ll guide you through making maque choux, an iconic accompaniment made with corn, bacon, celery, onions, and zesty peppers. Chef Sunny will provide sweet potato cornbread to serve with the meal paired with a glass of wine.
