In response to COVID-19, Franklin Park Conservatory will be closed to the public for three weeks starting Friday, March 13. The health and safety of our visitors and staff is our top priority, and this decision was made in alignment with official health and government recommendations. Refunds for ticket, class, experience and program purchases will be honored. Contact the Conservatory for details.

Cocktails at the Conservatory:
Plants & Potions

We’re ending the 2019 series of Cocktails at the Conservatory with a costume contest and bewitching activities fit for muggles and wizards alike. Inspired by J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter, this adults-only, after-dark cocktail event at the Conservatory will feature spookily delicious samples of sour beers by Pretentious Brewing and Platform Brewing, and tea beers by Wild Ohio Brewing while supplies last. The specialty cocktail will embrace the flavors of medicinal plants, such as lavender and ginger. Enjoy musical entertainment by Night Music DJ Professionals.

A full cash bar will also be available. The Garden Café and Botanica Gift Shop will be open for your enjoyment. We’ve saved the best for last! There will be a costume contest, and maybe a sweet treat…or trick. So don your favorite costume, make your way to King’s Crossing Station and come celebrate the end of a great cocktail season! While most of the festivities will be held indoors, guests will have access to the Grand Mallway and food trucks.

Costumes are encouraged (no masks or weapon imagery, please). Check back for more details about a costume contest.
