Hip Hop and Fitness Journal
Start your new year on the right foot by creating a fitness journal followed by an hour long hip hop workout. Before pictures and weigh-in will launch your 5-week fitness challenge.

Pilates and Meal Prepping
Take part in a core focused fitness class with Pilates by Heather Yost of OG Yogi Columbus. Afterwards, learn how to prep a full weeks’ worth of meals while sipping on a smoothie.

Yoga and Motivational Speaker
Amanda Reynolds from AR Snavely Fitness is in to teach a yoga class and help find your inner peace. The workout is followed by a motivational speaker to encourage your success with your goals.

Amazing Race
The challenge this week is all about teamwork. Rush around the Conservatory looking for clues and competing in physical challenges.

Bootcamp and Mini Herb Gardens
Amber Jones is back this week to get everyone moving and sweating in a Bootcamp style workout. Learn about different herbs and how to use them. Finish by planting and taking home your own mini herb garden. We end the challenge by reflecting back on all our successes.
