Cooking from the Garden

Discover the in’s and out’s of cooking with a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) share in this vegetable-centric class featuring products from Great River Organics. Learn tips, tricks, techniques and of course, recipes for fresh and seasonal items grown by certified organic farms throughout Ohio. Students will receive a sampling of vegetables from Great River Organics to take home, extending their opportunity to utilize local vegetables in their home kitchens. Paired with wine.
