Discover the in’s and out’s of cooking Mexican favorites with a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) share in this vegetable-centric class featuring products from Great River Organics. Create homemade corn tortillas, tacos with fillings & salsas based on in-season produce from Great River Organics and a yummy seasonal fruit tres leches cake. Students will receive a sampling of vegetables from Great River Organics to take home, extending their opportunity to utilize local vegetables in their home kitchens. Paired with wine.
