Create a Pink Paper Magnolia

This is an in-person class led by local artist, Lea Gray.

Learn the easy and fun techniques to create a beautifully realistic paper magnolia with artist Lea Gray, whose work is featured in the Conservatory’s current art exhibition, Bringing Reverence to Nature. Students will learn the art of curling and folding Italian crepe papers, as well as hombre color effects, to create realistic-looking flowers and buds. The paper artwork will be attached to a real branch, which students will select themselves prior to class.

All participants will be required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing. Hand sanitizer stations will be available. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
