The health and safety of our visitors and staff is our top priority, and this decision was made in alignment with official health and government recommendations. This is a hands-on cooking and tasting class led by Kristi Cilles. You’ll be shown the many ways you can make this wonderful, thin pancake. We will fill some with cheese and eggs, some with fresh fruits, and some with vegetables. Then we will fold them into various shapes so you can serve them and amaze! You’ll also be shown the classic dessert Crepes Suzette and see why it’s still served at famous French restaurants.
