Culinary Basics

Lunch and learn at its finest! There are a handful of skills every home cook should know, from how to sauté vegetables to how to roast a chicken and create a pan sauce, and we will cover the proper techniques in this class! Lunch will be followed by a chocolate chip cookie made from scratch. Please register by February 7, 2020.
