Yoga Nidra is an enjoyable and easy guided meditative yoga practice that is accessible to all. This deep practice of relaxation allows us to take a break from distractions, uncertainty, confusion and stress to receive the gifts of rest, re-connection, clarity and calm. No yoga experience necessary!
Bring to class | Yoga mat, 1–2 blankets (one blanket under your head as a pillow (towel will also work) and another to pad your mat or cover up if cold) Nice to have | Eye pillow, bolster, small pillow for your head, yoga block
Chairs will be available for participants who prefer to be seated.
