Join us for Diwali: Festival of Lights! Enjoy snacks and traditional Indian desserts as we cook a vegetarian Indian meal. Our instructor, Veena, will make bread called poories. Cook along as we create potato curry with cheese, garbanzo beans called chana masala, curried mix vegetables, and raita. It will be quite a feast!
Vegetables will be cooked in tomatoes as well as yogurt and flavorful spices topped with cream. We will also be making tamarind sauce and cilantro chutney.
