Create a mini conservatory for your home using just soil, plants, and a jar!

In this class, you will create an attractive indoor terrarium complete with a pair of assorted ferns, and a colorful fittonia- two plants that love humidity and warmth. Learn the basics of terrarium building, and the care and keeping of ferns. Finish off your terrarium with fairy garden decor for a personal touch.

Instructor: Nicole Tabit Nicole Tabit is the Community Outreach and Education Program Coordinator at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Her degree is in Natural Resource Management and Visitors Services from The Ohio State University. She loves to hike and be outdoors, but she also loves to create and combine her love for the arts and environment by tying natural elements into her art projects.
