Gluten Free Pies

Learn the basic tenets of baking with added information about baking without gluten, nuts or dyes. We will learn how to make and roll a traditional, buttery French Pâte Brisse. You will also learn how to prepare  different fillings, how to fill the pie and how to make a crumble pie topping.
