This is a cooking and beer tasting class.
To kick off fall, we’ve invited the Columbus Brewing Co. to bring three beers for sampling: IPA, Bodhi, and Endless Haze. We’ll also learn to make potato gnocchi and use Festbier, their Oktoberfest style lager, to make a reduction sauce with mushrooms and smoked sausage, accompanied by Festbier braised greens.
