Join us for a flavorful evening! There will be mixed lentils cooked in ginger, garlic, turmeric with added onions, tomatoes, clear butter called ghee and a variety of mouth-watering spices, garnished with fresh cilantro. Our second dish will be very interesting, made with cheese called paneer mixed with all kinds of vegetables formed into a ball and dipped into a sauce made with onion, tomatoes and multiple spices–very flavorful and delicious and served with side of vegetable. To smooth the taste we will serve yogurt called Raita with grated cucumber topped with roasted cumin and Naan. Served with wine.
