Join us for a wholesome , balanced meal filled with aromatic flavors. We will learn how to prepare chicken curry blended with cinnamon, black pepper, turmeric, coriander and cumin. Pair your curry with Moong dal (lentil) with onions, ginger, cilantro and tomatoes. We will also make rice pilaf and Raita made with yogurt and cucumbers. Served with a prepared Indian bread called naan. Paired with wine.
