Indian Curry (Gluten-Free)

Join us for a wholesome, balanced meal filled with aromatic flavors. We will learn how to prepare a meal including curried chicken blended with flavors of cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, turmeric, coriander and cumin. Pair your curry creation with cauliflower and potatoes, lentils (Moong) cooked with ginger, vegetable rice pilaf and Raita made with yogurt, cucumbers, tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Paired with white wine.
