Indian Sunday Supper

This is a hands-on cooking and tasting class led by Mary Beth Einerson. You will learn to create classic Indian favorites that can be made in advance of Sunday supper. We will be using classic spice blends to make beef rogan josh, masoor dal, Basmati rice and- for dessert- a sweet yogurt and mango parfait called shrikhand.
