Korean BBQ

This is a demo and tasting class where you’ll learn the ins and outs of hosting your own Korean BBQ night. Chef Laura will show you how to make an authentic marinade for kalbi, which is thinly sliced cross-sections of short ribs that are sweet, savory, and grilled to perfection; accompanied by a sesame dipping sauce.

Next, she’ll show you how to make basic banchan, which are small, shareable side dishes essential to most Korean meals. The two she’ll demonstrate are zucchini seasoned with garlic, sesame seeds, and green onions. Then, flavorful bean sprouts.

You’ll get to try the meal Chef Laura creates at the end of class!
