Check out live-fire cooking and sample food hot off the flames at these casual and entertaining cooking demos. On May 5, make festive fish and pork tacos grilled on our Aztec grill, served with a Colorado (red chili) sauce and green salsa.
At the Live Fire Cooking Theater on the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company Community Garden Campus, Jim Budros and Conservatory staff demonstrate different cooking techniques the first Sunday of each month (May–November) from 1–4 pm using the wood-fired brick oven, Aztec grill, Big Green Egg, the fireplace or the campfire pit. No registration required.
