At the Live Fire Cooking Theater on the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company Community Garden Campus, Jim Budros and Conservatory staff demonstrate different cooking techniques the first Sunday of each month (May–November) from 1–4 pm using the wood-fired brick oven, Aztec grill, Big Green Egg, the fireplace or the campfire pit.
