Mastering the Art of French Choux Pastry

You may already know what choux pastry is, because it’s the pastry used for the legendary Cream Puff. In this class chef Kristi will teach you the surprisingly simple base for choux pastry, and then we will make a simple, Emmental cheese gourgere’s appetizer, a large decadent “cream puff”, and dainty chocolate laced profiteroles. This will be a hands-on class, be sure to bring your sweet tooth! Please register by March 22, 2020.
