Mozzarella Cheese

This is a hands-on cooking and tasting class led by  Jeannie Seabrook of Glass Rooster Cannery. Make your own fresh mozzarella cheese! The enjoy your creation alongside hors d’oeuvres. You’ll leave with recipes and the confidence to make mozzarella at home.

The class will cover simple techniques to produce a plain, salted mozzarella loaf and spice things up by adding aromatics and spices.
