Nature Journaling

This is a hands-on class taught by artist, Michelle Boerio.

Take a closer look at the plants around you! Start the class learning to identify the plants in the Community Garden Campus with Conservatory educators; pick up some basic native plant and tree ID skills. Then, students will sketch plants from real life while learning tips and tricks to start their nature journal.

No experience is necessary. A basic paper journal will be provided but students are welcome to bring their own journals.
