Create a miniature terrarium out of natural fibers while learning the art of needle felting! Felt is a textile material that is produced by matting fibers together, in this case with wool and a very sharp needle! Create a moss and mushroom garden full of life and color with these materials—just apply wool roving to a form to create a textile ‘sculpture’!
This class is great for beginner to intermediate felters and felting supplies are provided. Having thimbles or finger protection is not necessary to felt, but sometimes finger pricking happens. Please feel free to bring thimbles or fingertip guards!
