Build your skills in needle felting! Felt is a textile made by matting fibers together, in this case with wool and a felting needle. We will be creating a 3D mushroom house sculpture with a wood base. Students will build a mushroom stem & cap, then add detail work for doors, windows, and decor before mounting it to a sturdy base.
Difficulty: Intermediate; all supplies provided. Having thimbles or finger protection is not necessary to felt, but sometimes finger pricking happens. Please feel free to bring thimbles or fingertip guards!
