This is a hands-on cooking class led by chef, Kristi Cilles.
Learn the art of making homemade ravioli and tortellini! We will make three different vegetarian fillings (pea and parmesan, spinach and ricotta, goat cheese and roasted red pepper) as well as simple sauces for the pasta. Leave the class with a delicious meal and the ability to make homemade pasta for yourself!
