Ravioli & Tortellini

Learn the art of making homemade ravioli and tortellini. It’s fun, simple and we will make four different vegetarian fillings and simple sauces to mix and match (pea and Parmesan cheese filling, Gorgonzola and butternut squash filling, a delicious spinach and ricotta filling and a goat cheese and roasted red pepper filling). This class is a hands-on experience for adults and includes sharing the prepared meal and a glass of wine. Come and make some new friends and have fun at the Conservatory. Register by January 12, 2020.
