Savory Bread

This is a hands-on baking class taught by Conservatory educator, Danielle Hackworth.

Bake savory bread while exploring different flavor combinations. Students can select from ingredients like zucchini, jalapenos and tomatoes to customize two small loaves to take home. While the bread is baking, sip on wine and make butter to spread on the finished loaves.

Danielle is the Programs Coordinator in the Community Outreach and Education department at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Since starting at the Conservatory 6 years ago, Danielle has become a Jane of all trades. She takes pride in her city of Columbus and enjoys sharing all that central Ohio has to offer. She loves an entertaining theme and mixes that into her programs and classes.
