Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie (Sold Out)

This class is sold out! Interested students should add their names to the waitlist.

This is a vegetarian cooking class taught by dietitian Kim Pierpont of OSU Wexner Medical Center.

The meal will start with a preparation of a creamy baked brie appetizer with fruit and honey. Then, students will learn to prepare and bake a hearty Shepherd’s Pie loaded with hearty winter vegetables.

Instructor: Kim Pierpont MS, RDN, LD Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She has been a dietitian for 4 years and currently works in a primary care. She enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and believes nutritious foods can taste delicious.
