This is a cooking class led by Chef Rosilind Woodfork.
In this class, Chef Rosilind will teach you how to make one of the five classic mother sauces, béchamel. She’ll also teach participants how to chiffonade basil, the proper technique for cooking pasta, and easy plating techniques to wow your dinner guests. We’ll put our new skills to the test to make a scrumptious and flavorful Sicilian chicken smothered in a rich tomato cream sauce infused with herbs, served over herby angel hair pasta with garlic and olive oil.
