Spring Dinner in Sicily

This is a virtual cooking class presented on Zoom by Rich Terapak and Steve Stover.

For our spring class, we will feature the food of Sicily, featuring a menu of our favorite dishes from our recent trips. Watch along as we create twin appetizers on toasted Italian bread, a tapenade of chopped olives, and cannellini bean spread with chopped walnuts. Enjoy with Primi: pasta alla Norma with eggplant and scaloppini with asparagus and Sicilian cheese with a Marsala wine and butter sauce. Finish the evening with an absolutely divine panna cotta with limoncello.

Instructors: Steve Stover and Rich Terapak Steve Stover and Rich Terapak are passionate about food. They have taught cooking for more than 39 years, and have reviewed restaurants and judged cooking for more than 35 years. In addition, they frequently cook for charity events and speak to community groups all over Central Ohio.
