How To Stir-Fry

This is a hands-on cooking class led by chef, A’Donna Fuller.

Learn how to stir-fry, a cooking technique utilizing high heat. Before cooking, chef A’Donna will share her methodology for building delicious stir-frys and the best types of oils to use.

Then, students will join the cooking process! They’ll prepare different proteins and learn how to incorporate them, the proper technique for preparing fresh vegetables and make a few different bold sauces that aren’t loaded with sugar and salt. Once everything is prepared, students will decide which ingredients they want to combine to make their own delicious stir-fry. An assortment of vegetables, proteins (including chicken, vegan option), sauces and garnishes will be available for customization.
