In this hands-on class we’ll learn how to make and serve tapa’s. Tortilla Espinola, Andalusian chicken, shaved beets with orange zest, roasted cauliflower hand pies, Patata’s Brava, and Moorish meatballs, Gazpacho shots with caraway seed twists, garlic mushrooms, piquello peppers stuffed with chorizo. This will be a fun and festive class to help beat the winter blues. Register by February 16, 2020.
