Rich & Steve celebrate 37 years of teaching cooking with a tapas party featuring favorites from their visits to Spain and Portugal. Our meal will feature dishes such as chicken skewers in parmesan cream, spicy/smoky pork tenderloin, patatas bravas, and Catalan guacamole with smoked salmon. We will end the perfect dinner party with bread and chocolate! Paired with wine.
