Chefs in the City’ Steve Stover and Rich Terapak have developed new recipes from their many visits to Italy—a country with a rich and enduring food culture.
The meal will begin with a Tuscan bread soup known as ribollita. Then the chefs will prepare a main dish of roasted cod with cherry tomatoes paired with romaine lettuce salad with marinated artichoke hearts for an added punch of bright flavor. There will be dessert, of course, as the chefs finish the meal with a bittersweet chocolate almond cake. Throughout the evening, Rich and Steve will offer great cooking tips, tales from their travels and news from the Columbus restaurant scene!
This is a demonstration-style cooking class. The instructors will show the audience how to prepare each dish and then provide a sample to taste.
