This is a virtual cooking class presented on Zoom by Rich Terapak and Steve Stover of ‘Chefs in the City’.
Cook along with Rich and Steve as they prepare four French bistro classics, updated with new cooking techniques. You’re sure to enjoy wonderful salmon rillettes on a homemade baguette; the legendary steak au poivre served with crispy roasted potatoes (duck fat optional); and for dessert, a flourless chocolate cake with chocolate glaze served with creme fraiche. The Zoom link and ingredient list will be sent out a week before the class. Students should acquire all the ingredients in advance if they plan on cooking along with the instructors.
