Relax outside under the twinkling lights as Lori gives a short presentation on the benefits of a plant-based diet, then enjoy a selection of vegan beer and wine during Chef Jon’s cooking demo. Watch as he creates three incredible vegan, gluten-free courses served to your table including a BBQ bean taco with pineapple salsa, caramelized cauliflower taco with verde sauce and roasted and a mini strawberry cream pie.
