Watercolor: Fruits of September

This September, paint your way through a myriad of seasonal fruits. Learn new watercolor techniques each week and paint summer’s harvest, including cherries, peaches, lemons and apples. Open to all skill levels.

Class Schedule:

Cheery Cherries
Saturday, September 7, 1–3pm
Using photos we take and prints provided by the instructor, learn to paint cast shadows versus attached shadows. A simple demonstration of watercolor techniques will be available to beginners.

Lemon and Leaves
Saturday, September 21, 1–3pm
Capture the beauty of the lemon as it hangs from the drooping branches of its tree. Learn how to composition your painting with 1.5 hours of intensive painting and drawing.

Country Apples
Saturday, September 28, 1–3pm
Paint a farm scene composition, with a little vignette for beginners, starring everyone’s last-summer favorite apples!
