Exploring the Farmers Market

This is a hands-on cooking and tasting class led by Kristi Cilles. An opportunity to identify those strange, weird veggies that you’ve seen and think, “what is it and how do I cook it”? In this class, you will be shown you how to prepare kohlrabi, fennel, turnips, beets, red cabbage, mustard greens, and any other odd vegetable we find.
